Artifacts Of Horror -- The Gulls

This artifact was created for the Artifacts of Horror Jam, specifically the prompts "Monday 21 October 1991 -- Hundreds of seagulls are lying on the beaches, apparently dead with their bellies up and wings spread. If disturbed they simply get up and fly away" and "Monday 28 October 1991 -- Reclusive author posts new work for first time in local paper."
